Refund policy

Jewelry and goods: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It needs to come back in the same condition it was sent, with any original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping.

To start a return, contact us at rivermesa.co/pages/contact with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Once the item arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Most pieces are one of a kind, so we can't do exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order instead.

Printed shirts, hoodies, sherpa blankets and hats are made to order, so they can't be returned for size or preference. If yours arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
